Cornerstone, located in Hillsdale, New Jersey, is a popular restaurant with great meals that you can enjoy after a sporting event.

The restaurant offers large portions which are great for sharing with friends and family. This includes all of the starters and the wings entree that can come with up to 60 wings. There are private rooms for events and big groups as well.

Not only is it a perfect event space, but the menu is expansive. Listed are: soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Not in the mood for that? Try the wings or pizza. Going on a Sunday morning? Check out the Sunday brunch menu.

It is clear that the wings are Cornerstone’s specialty for a reason. The wings can be ordered in groups of 10-50 as boneless or normal, ranging from $15 for 10 wings, and $60 for 50 wings with a choice of Buffalo, Spicy, Teriyaki, BBQ, and Daytona for sauces.

Buffalo, Spicy, and BBQ are the typical sauces a spicy wings lover would try, but let’s not forget the Teriyaki and Daytona wings. These two sauces aren’t spicy, and have the tangy sweetness that gets better after every bite.

Another staple of Cornerstone’s menu are the waffle fries. There are five options to pick from: traditional Waffle fries ($5), Cheese Fries and Gravy ($10) , Philly Cheese Steak Fries ($12), Chili-cheese Fries ($12) and Pizza Fries ($11). If you are unsure, the traditional Waffle Fries are the best bet. They are not too crunchy and have the perfect texture you wish every restaurant could perfect.

The Pretzel Bites with cheese dip for $13 were mediocre. Their homemade cheese dip just wasn’t passing the test; it tasted similar to butter and didn’t add to the pretzel’s flavor.

While the Pretzel Bites weren’t quite satisfactory, the Asian Dumplings for $13 were surprisingly enjoyable. Despite Cornerstone generally being a wings restaurant, the dumplings were delicious.

Overall, I would give Cornerstone a 7/10. The food was good, but it wasn’t a place I would frequently go to.
