Each year on Feb. 2, Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania comes together to honor their Groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil. This ceremony is the determining factor of whether or not spring will come early. But how can we tell? Did Phil see his shadow (longer winter) or not (early spring)?
Last Friday, Feb. 2, Phil did not see his shadowing, indicating an early spring. However, Phil is not the only groundhog making predictions.
