Position: Third singles
The Lowdown: Thus far this season, Juillet has won 4 matches. Her victories have come against Indian Hills, Dwight Morrow, River Dell, Bergenfield. As the third singles player, she has a significant role and has displayed the ability to compete in her own match even when her team is down.
Coach’s Comment: “Hailey is the epitome of hard work. She began her high school career on JV as a freshman, then last season making the varsity team and playing 2nd doubles. Now, this season she is playing 3rd singles and off to a great start. She has put a lot of time in during the off-season at various camps and clinics and that hard work is starting to pay off,” said PV coach Tom Gallione.
Expectations: “Every match we get better and better and keep improving.”
What She Likes Most About Her Sport: It’s very independent. Juillet said she likes singles because she only relies on herself.
Best Sport Memory: Last year’s pasta party because she got to bond with her teammates.
Proudest Moment on the Field: She was very proud of her team during this year’s county tournament. She was happy with how all her teammates showed up and supported each other during their matches.

Hailey is an inspiration on so many levels and is loved by many. Hailey excels not only in her beloved sport, but in life and in her life’s journey.
Congratulations Hailey. I’m looking forward to seeing you play in Forest Hills in the near future. Wimbledon would be the icing on the cake.
