PV players celebrate after a goal.

Pascack Valley Ice Hockey took the win last night against Ramapo, 4-1. It was quite a meaningful game, as it was senior night for the team’s oldest players.

[We wanted to] send the seniors out on a good note,” said PV coach Ken DelSanto.

After Valley fell behind 1-0 early, Rob Sheehan came alive, scoring three straight goals to put the Indians up 3-1.

In the third period, Valley put on the finishing touches to a much needed win, with junior James Gunther netting his first ever varsity goal.

PV Ice Hockey plays its final varsity game of the season on Friday at 7:15 at the Ice House against Paramus.
