Boys Lacrosse: Game at West Milford High School

Pascack Valley: 12, West Milford: 3

The Pascack Valley boys dominated in tonight’s game against West Milford, leaving the team with a 4-0 record on the season. With the first half at a defensive stand still, PV was only able to score twice, with goals by Jimmy Spillane and Joe Williams. Leading off the half, 2-0, the boys were confident enough to begin making shots on goal, eventually extending the lead to 8-2 as of the end of the third quarter. PV’s goals came from Mike Soravilla (6), Jimmy Spillane (2), Connor Kimball (2), Nick Stevens (1), and Joe Williams (1).

Golf: Match against Paramus Catholic @ Paramus Golf Course

Pascack Valley: 174, Paramus Catholic: 175

The golf team suffered a close loss, falling behind by one point against Paramus Catholic. Despite the tough loss, seniors Calvin Ralph and Will Gallagher led the team yet again, both shooting 41s. Jerry Cotugno (46), Robbie Carcich (47) and Tyler Farrell (47) also shot well.

Tennis: Postponed

With another weather delay, the boys’ tennis team has been postponed tonight against Fort Lee.

Girls Lacrosse: Game at Scotch Plains- Fanwood High School

Pascack Valley: 11, Scotch Plains-Fanwood: 15

With a loss of starting defenders, Olivia Ward and Shannon Donnelly to injury, the team struggled to keep the score in their favor. However, the team excelled at shooting, and finding each other on the field. PV’s goals came from Katie Gallagher (3), Dominique Perini (1), Jillian LaRocca (1), Maya Stanislawski (1), Juliet Alves (1), Shannon Solotar (1), and Jenny LaRocca (1).
