Nightly Wrap-Up 5/10/16
Golf: Match vs Westwood at the Edgewood Country Club
Pascack Valley 166 Westwood 175
The Pascack Valley Indians had the best match of their season yesterday afternoon at Edgewood. The boys are heating up, as they have one six out of their past eight. Calvin Ralph led the team with a score of 39, backed up with the solid scores of 40 from Will Gallagher and Henry Tipping. The Indians are now 10-12 on the year, and are looking very good for the rest of the year.
Softball: Game vs River Dell at Pascack Valley
River Dell 2 Pascack Valley 1
The girls spilled their hearts into yesterday’s game, however they just fell short of the victory on senior night. Alex Pleasic threw a gem for the Indians, but Valley could not get the bats rolling, and unfortunately came up short on the night to honor all seniors that will be leaving us this year.
Boy’s Lacrosse: Game vs Waldwick at Waldwick
Pascack Valley 15 Waldwick 6
The boys dominated the field last night in their 15-6 victory over Waldwick. Valley obviously dominated the offensive side of the field, which led them to the victory. Senior Noah Malik scored his first goal of the season, and at the same time, ripped the net literally, and the game was stopped so the net could be repaired.
Robert Saul graduated in 2019.
