Spring Track and Field: Bergen County Track Championships at Old Tappan

Pascack Valley’s Spring Track and Field team have found a groove.  The team had a great performance, beginning with seniors Connor Jones and Mike Gramegna placing second and fifth in the javelin, respectively.  Junior Jeff Roberts has not slowed down either, coming in third in the 1600 meter.  To finish off the boys team, Evan Jones came in sixth place in the 400 meter.  For the girls, Hanna Shapiro won the long jump, and sisters Chelsea and Abby Lee finished sixth in the 1600 meter and fourth in the 400 meter, respectively.  The events will be continued tomorrow.

Baseball: Game Vs. Northern Highlands at Northern Highlands High School

Softball: Game Vs. Northern Highlands at Pascack Valley

The game has been postponed due to rain.

Boys Lacrosse: Game Vs. Northern Highlands at Pascack Valley

The game was canceled.

Girls Lacrosse: Game Vs. Ramapo at Ramapo High School

Pascack Valley had a tough loss to Ramapo, 20-9.  The team leaders in scoring were Jenny LaRocca, with 4 goals, Ana Beyer, with 3 goals, and Natalie Bade, with 2 goals.

Golf: Big North Conference Championship

Pascack Valley shot very well at the Big North Conference Championship.  Will Gallagher was the team’s low scorer with an 81.  He was followed by Henry Tipping who shot an 85, Calvin Ralph who shot an 86, and Rob Carcich and Kevin Smith who each shot a 87.  The team’s total score was 339.
