(Editor’s Note: The PV Student Publication will be releasing feature stories on senior athletes at Pascack Valley who will be continuing their athletic careers in college. A signing ceremony for these athletes was scheduled to take place in the fall; however, it was pushed back due to COVID-19 concerns and other conflicts. Five athletes will partake in the ceremony held on April 23, while there will be another ceremony in May for the remaining college-bound athletes.)

After being postponed last fall as a result of scheduling conflicts including school closures due to COVID-19, college-bound athletes from PV will be getting their recognition.

A signing ceremony will be held for five of these athletes on Friday, where athletes from PV who will be continuing their careers in college will officially commit to their respective schools. Not all college athletes have chosen to take part in the ceremony, and another ceremony will be held later in the spring for the remaining athletes who choose to participate.

As a way to commemorate the accomplishments of these athletes, the PV Student Publication is putting together a package including stories on each of the athletes involved in the ceremony, and will release these articles over the course of the coming weeks.
