Boys Lacrosse: Game against Wayne Hills
After a 5-3 loss to Mahwah on Saturday, the Indians got back in the win column, beating Wayne Hills 11-5. The Indians entered yesterday with a lifetime record of 1-2 against Wayne Hills. PV’s goals came from Jimmy Spillane (5), Jack Smolen (2), Conor Kimball, Nick Stevens, Keith Doherty, and Joe Williams. The Indians 11 goal performance puts their average goals per game at 10.9 goals on the season.

Boys Tennis: Match against Hackensack
The Indians finally pick up their first win of the season, 5-0 against Hackensack, with every varsity players picking up a win. Jeremy Collier and Alec Corring went 6-0, 6-4 on the doubles side. Austin Davis went 6-0, 6-2, leading the Indians to their first victory. Tennis captain Josh Cohn and senior Jordan Lauber won their doubles match 6-0, 6-1

Track: Meet against Tenafly
The boys win 93-47, including four first place finishers: Joe Colasuono in the 100 meters, Casey Lewis in the 800 meters, Evan Jones in the 200 meters, and Jeff Roberts in the 3200 meters. Sean Keohane and Joe Colasuono came in second and third in the 200, respectively. Mike Hayden and Nolan Spillane came in second and third in the 3200.
The girls lost 84-55, but it wasn’t all bad: Melissa Purcell set the pole vault record once again at 11 feet, 6 inches. Ashley Evans won the 3200 meters and 1600 meters. Rhode Island-bound senior Chelsea Lee won the 800 meters.

Golf: Match against Demarest
The Indians tied at 179-179, but ultimately lost two tiebreakers. Will Gallagher, Calvin Ralph, and Tyler Farrell all shot 45, and Rob Carcich was PV’s low scorer shooting a 44. The tiebreak was lost after Demarest shot 44 in the playoff, while the Indians shot 45.
