Strengths of team: The Indians have a good group of hitters returning. They should be able to score multiple runs each game. Coach Lynch is impressed with the team continuing to improve in the field, and that should help the Indians win multiple games.

Areas that need improvement: Pitching could be the achilles heel this season for the Indians. With Ryan Vasel graduated, the Indians do not have one dominant pitcher. Nick Verost returns to the hill this season, but all the other pitchers do not have much varsity experience.
