The Smoke Signal wins 20 awards at GSSPA Conference
Staff claims New Jersey Distinguished Journalism award in Division B
Members of The Smoke Signal took a trip to the annual Garden State Scholastic Press Association Conference this past Monday.
At the conference, which is attended by many student journalists all across the state of New Jersey, The Smoke Signal was named New Jersey’s Distinguished Journalism program in Division B and additionally won nineteen separate awards based on specific articles and photos.
