Volleyball beat Tenafly in straight sets to improve its winning streak to three games. Lucy Gallina (Sr.) had 22 digs, Jillian Feeley (Jr.) had 10 kills and 7 digs, Josie Gallina (Sr.) had 11 assists, Maddy Romero (So.) had 8 digs, Mia Hachadourian (Sr.) had 7 kills, and Celia Torres (So.) had 9 assists in the win.

Boys Soccer vs. Tenafly | TIE 1-1
Boys soccer could not find the winning goal in a 1-1 tie. After a scoreless first half by both teams, Tenafly opened the scoring 9 minutes into the second half. Steven Gifford (Jr.) responded quickly with his 4th goal of the season, assisted by Robert Wasserman (Jr.), to even the score at one. Both teams applied pressure toward the end of the game, but both defenses held strong, forcing the tie. Bennett Scalia (Sr.) had 5 saves.
Girls Soccer @ Tenafly | WIN 7-0
Allie Polyniak (So.) and Tara Stewart (Sr.) recorded 2 goals each, while Amanda Polyniak (Sr.), Celina Bussanich (Jr.), and Emma Sandt (So.) added 1 goal each in the shutout win. Goalie Gabby Velecela (Fr.) also recorded 3 saves.

Boys Soccer @ St. Joes | WIN 3-2
Boys soccer defeated St. Joes behind a 2-goal performance from Steven Gifford (Jr.) and an insurance goal from Ben Perlman (So.). In the second period, however, two late goals from St. Joes kept the game competitive until the final whistle.
Girls Tennis @ Bergenfield | WIN 5-0
All players won their matches as girls tennis picked up its third win of the season over Bergenfield. The team looks to move to 4-5 on the season when it takes on Cresskill on Tuesday.
Volleyball vs. Paramus | WIN 2-0
Volleyball won its fourth-straight match to advance to 5-2 on the season. The team won its first set 25-16 and its second set 25-12. Lucy Gallina (Sr.) led the team in digs with 22, while Mia Hachadourian (Sr.) led in kills with 12.
Football vs. Northern Highlands | LOSS 14-7
Football lost its second-straight game, as it fell to 2-2 on the season. Adam Shaw (So.) recorded 177 total yards, while Dante Ricciardi (Jr.), Kai Smith (So.), Colin Foley (Sr.), and Jake Merlino (Sr.) each recorded double-digit tackles on the defensive side. Girls Soccer @ Fair Lawn | WIN 4-2
Amanda Polyniak (Sr.) had 2 goals, and Celina Bussanich (Jr.) and Allie Polyniak (So.) had 1 goal each as Girls Soccer moved to 6-0 on the season. The team looks to keep its undefeated campaign alive later today against Teaneck.
Cross Country | Garret Invitational
Boys cross country came in third place out of twelve teams in its second meet of the season. Leading the way, Patrick Kurtz (Sr.) finished in second place, running the 5K in 17:05. Complimenting him, Marcus Koshy (So.), Marc Monti (Jr.), and John Allmers (Sr.) finished in 10th place, 21st place, and 27th place, respectively.
Meanwhile, girls cross country came in seventh place out of nine teams. Ellie Buchanan (Jr.) finished in 21st place, running the 5K in 24:22.
