GIRLS VARSITY TENNIS STATE TOURNAMENT VS PARAMUS | Win 5-0
Girls Tennis defeated Paramus in the first round of the NJSIAA Girls Tennis Tournament. The team lost just one game out of 10 total sets. Valley, the No. 5 seed, will face Mahwah, the No. 4 seed, in the quarterfinals on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at Mahwah High School.
VARSITY VOLLEYBALL VS NORTHERN HIGHLANDS | Loss 2-1
Volleyball lost its first of three matches last week to an 11-2 Northern Highlands team. Maddy Romero (Sr.) led the team in aces and digs in the close effort.

GIRLS VARSITY SOCCER VS TEANECK | Win 7-0
Girls soccer defeated Teaneck in a blowout victory on Tuesday afternoon, which featured seven different goal scorers. Allie Polyniak (Sr.) recorded one goal and two assists in the win.
BOYS VARSITY SOCCER @ TEANECK | Win 3-0
Boys soccer snapped its three-game losing streak with a win over Teaneck. Adrian Cano (Sr.) scored all three goals, while Jake Liebchen (Sr.) recorded four saves to earn the shutout.

BOYS VARSITY SOCCER @ MONTCLAIR | Loss 6-0
Boys soccer allowed six goals to Montclair in a shutout loss, dropping Valley to 5-6 with six games remaining in the season.
GIRLS VARSITY TENNIS VS DWIGHT MORROW | Win 5-0
On senior night, girls tennis won all matches against Dwight Morrow.
VARSITY VOLLEYBALL VS TENAFLY | Loss 2-1
Volleyball fell to Tenafly on Friday in a close match. Gianna Siller (So.) and Riley Hirsch (Sr.) led the team in kills with 13 and 10, respectively.
GIRLS VARSITY SOCCER @ FAIR LAWN | Tie 1-1
Girls soccer took its first tie of the season against Fair Lawn, moving to 9-1-1. Maddie Wu (Jr.) was Valley’s lone goal scorer of the game. Goalie Gabby Velecela (Jr.) recorded eight saves in the draw.
FOOTBALL GAME VS PARAMUS | Win 35-7
Valley defeated Paramus on senior night, moving to 4-2 on the season. The Panthers are tied for second place in the Patriot Blue division with River Dell. Marc Dellaquila (Sr.) and Nicholas Ocampo (Sr.) each scored two touchdowns, while Dante Dacosta (Sr.) added one.

Immaculate Heart swept Valley on Saturday, moving PV to an even 5-5 this season.
