Jordyn Ban (Jr.), Alexa Ganz (So.), doubles Sophia Levine (So.) and Kristina Wegner (So.), and doubles Sedona Martin (Sr.) and Sophie Schmoyer (So.) all won their matches in 2 sets, as the Girls Tennis Team defeated Teaneck, 4-1.
Volleyball vs. Old Tappan | 2-0 LOSS
Volleyball lost to a 13-1 Old Tappan team in 2 close sets: 25-18 and 25-20. Jillian Feeley (Jr.) led the team in kills with 8, while Maddy Romero (So.) recorded 10 digs and 2 assists in the competitive match.

Girls tennis swept Lakeland, 5-0, in the first round of the NJSIAA North 1, Group 2 State Tournament.
Volleyball vs. Paramus Catholic | 2-0 WIN
Volleyball swept Paramus Catholic in the preliminary round of the Bergen County Tournament, 25-6 and 25-23 in two sets, respectively. Jillian Feeley (Jr.) led the way with 6 kills and 5 digs, while Josie Gallina (Sr.) and Maddy Romero (So.) each recorded 7 digs.
Boys Soccer vs. Cliffside Park | 2-2 WIN (SO)
Boys soccer defeated Cliffside Park in penalties in the round of 16 of the Bergen County Tournament. Steven Gifford (Jr.) and Ethan Perlman (Sr.) scored for Pascack Valley in the matchup. The game was squared at 2 after double overtime and went onto penalties. Valley won, 5-4, after Robert Wasserman (Jr.) scored the game winning penalty kick to send Valley through to the quarterfinals of the tournament.
Girls Soccer vs. Pascack Hills | 2-1 WIN
Girls soccer defeated Pascack Hills 2-1 in the round of 16 of the Bergen County Tournament behind 2 goals from Celina Busanich (Jr.). Valley was able to fend off Hills to advance in the tournament behind Gabby Velecela’s (Fr.) 11 saves.
Friday, Oct. 6
Boys Football @ Montville | 27-16 WIN
The Pascack Valley Football Team improved to 4-2 on the season after a 27-16 win over Montville. Adam Shaw (So.) went 13-15 for 152 yards and 2 touchdowns. Dante Dacosta (So.) and Ashton Kazinci (Jr.) both had receiving touchdowns in the win. Kevin Regula (Jr.) added a 50-yard rushing touchdown in his 101-yard performance. Kazinci and Colin Krause (Jr.) each had an interception in the win.
Girls Tennis vs. Old Tappan | 5-0 LOSS
Girls tennis fell to 5-10 on the season after a 5-0 loss to Old Tappan. Jordyn Ban (Jr.) made a valiant effort in the match but fell up short in the tiebreaker. Sophia Loeser (Sr.) came up just short in the first set losing 7-6.
Saturday, Oct. 7
Girls Volleyball @ Demarest | 2-1 LOSS
Volleyball was defeated by Demarest in the round of 16 of the Bergen County Tournament 2-1. Valley took the first set by a score of 27-25 but lost the following two sets 25-11 and 25-13, respectively. Jillian Feeley (Jr.) had 13 digs and 8 kills, Maddy Romero (So.) had 14 digs, Celia Torres (So.) had 10 assists, and Mia Hachadourian (Sr.) had 7 kills, 3 blocks, and 5 digs.

Boys soccer lost in the quarterfinals of the Bergen County Tournament, 4-1. Steven Gifford (Sr.) scored the lone goal for the Panthers.
