Strengths of team: Most of the swimmers are either Juniors or Sophomores so there is a good balance of new swimmers and veterans who have experience. There is great senior leadership on the team this year. The greatest strength lies in the unity of this year’s team.
Areas that need improvement: Strength and endurance.
Outlook: Both teams are looking to make it to states this year. The girls team is in an entirely new group, with much success in the previous season, it will be interesting to see how the team ranks among new opponents.
Coach’s comment: “We have good captains and senior leadership, and also a good mix of juniors and sophomores.”
Robert Saul graduated in 2019.
