Strengths of team: Lower weights have the most depth on the team for this season, along with lower weights having more varsity experience compared to last season.

Areas that need improvement: The middle and heavyweights seem to be the areas that need improvement. The upper weights do not have much depth this season.

Coach’s Comment: “This year’s team has been working very hard and has showed tremendous improvement from last year.  If they continue to work hard they can be very successful as a team and individually.  This is a very exciting team to coach and I’m looking forward to a successful season.”

Outlook:  This season, the Indians are looking strong. The team did not have as much experience as they do this year, and that resulted in a tough season for the them. This year the team has both some key returners that have the varsity experience they need, along with some intriguing newcomers (including freshmen and a couple seniors up top), which makes the Indians look poised for a successful season this year.

Season Opener: Dec. 23 vs. Indian Hills
