Athletes of the Month
A new custom for the PV Student Publication starts today as we replace Athlete of the Week with Athletes of the Month. The award will now consist of more information about a male and a female athlete.
For September, we decided to choose two sports which don’t get as much recognition as others.
The boys’ cross country team had their first meet on Sept. 25, and Jr. Michael Pizzella finished in 1st place to lead the team to victory.
Our next athlete of the month is Sr. Jolie Bellaff, who is in her 4th year with the PV gymnastics team and her 12th year in her gymnastics career.
