Christmas is quickly approaching, gifts are already under the tree, and your holiday cheer is higher than Santa in his sleigh. So what do you do to fill the days before Christmas?

To start off, listen to some holiday songs! The classics, like “Jingle Bells”, are a surefire way to get into the spirit. A perfect radio station to listen to as well is 106.7. They have a huge playlist of Christmas songs that you can listen to anytime.

Even though this winter feels more like spring, you can still get your fix of the cold weather at an ice skating rink in New York City or at the local ice skating rink, Fritz Dietl, in Hillsdale.

Another festive activity is to make DIY holiday cards to send to your family and friends! They will love the time you spent on making them a personalized card and if you are a crafty person, then this is the perfect DIY for you. Baking holiday treats, such as candy cane brownies or a gingerbread house, are ways to mix your holiday cheer with your knack for creating delicious foods. Everyone is sure to enjoy your desserts; maybe even make them for a Christmas party!

For those lazy days, have a holiday movie night with friends or just enjoy a night in alone! Pop some popcorn, heat the hot cocoa, and get a blanket because this Movie Essentials Guide is pretty long.
