Can the baseball team build off of its state championship run?
The baseball team looks to duplicate its performance last year as they lost in the state finals game in an extra inning thriller.
Coach: Will Lynch (14th season as head coach)
Last year’s record: 24-6
Key Returners: Zachary Novakowski (Jr., utility player) Charlie Saul (Sr., CF), Luke Stephan (Sr., C, 3B) and Dylan Criscuolo (Sr., pitcher, 3B)
Key Losses: 13 seniors graduated including Anthony Rossomando, Cole Porter, Jared Shiffman, MJ Biener, Mason Baronian and Steven Bussanich
Strength and Weakness of team: “We don’t have a lot of people with a lot of varsity experience,” Lynch said. “I think we should be able to hit ok, [and] defensively/pitching wise we are a work in progress.”
