Monday 4/11

Baseball (WIN) – Bergenfield 8, Pascack Valley 9

PV boys baseball had a close win in their conference game against Bergenfield at home. 

Even Biener continued his hot streak at the plate and was able to tie it at 8 with an RBI single. Earlier in the game, Jimmy Shea had a clutch 2 RBI double to bring PV down one run. In the 6th, Trevor Kirkby hit a deep single to right to give PV the lead. Pitcher Danny Schwartz closed the game out and was able to secure the win for PV. 

Golf (WIN) – Westwood 217, Pascack Valley 194

Boys golf took a big win against Westwood with a score of 217-194.

Softball (LOSS) Ramsey 9, Pascack Valley 7

Pascack Valley’s softball team took their first loss to Ramsey as they lost 9-7. 

Tuesday 4/12

Girls Lacrosse (WIN) Passaic Valley 1, Pascack Valley 18

Girls lacrosse had a huge win against Passaic Valley as they won by 17 goals. PV had 3 

players with a hat trick, Hannah Zeman, Courtney Pellisson, and Abbi Uhl.

Boys Tennis (LOSS) Demarest 5, Pascack Valley 0

Boys tennis took another hard loss, as they lost 5-0 against Demarest. 

Baseball (LOSS) Bergen Catholic 5, Pascack Valley 1

Baseball took a loss to Bergen Catholic which dropped their record to 2-4. 

Boys Lacrosse (WIN) Tenafly 6, Pascack Valley 10

Boys lacrosse was able to overtake Tenafly in a big 10-6 win. Owen Deady led the team 

with 12 faceoffs won and goalie Kevin Wirchansky with a huge 14 saves. James 

Graizzaro led the team with 5 points, with 4 goals and 1 assist.

Boys Golf (LOSS) St. Joseph 170, Pascack Valley 202

Boys golf took a loss over St. Joes with a score of 202-170. 

Wednesday 4/13

Baseball (WIN) Bergenfield 2, Pascack Valley 4

PV baseball was able to beat Bergenfield for a second time this season. With a 4 run 5th 

inning, PV was able to come from behind against Bergenfield for the second time this season, in a 4-2 win. 

Boys Golf (LOSS) Old Tappan 159, Pascack Valley 196

The PV boys golf team took a tough loss against Old Tappan was able to bring their record to 2-5.

Boys Tennis (LOSS) Bergen Catholic 5, Pascack Valley 0

Bergen Catholic defeated PV with a score of 5-0.

Softball (WIN) Teaneck 7, Pascack Valley 11

Kiara Selby had a huge game against Teaneck going 4 for 4 at the plate with 2 going 

over the fence, a single, and a double. Kiara drove in 4 runs with her 4 hits along with a stolen base. 

Thursday 4/14

Girls Lacrosse (WIN)  Paramus 1, Pascack Valley 13

Girls lacrosse had another dominant win, as they beat Paramus 13-1. Mary Looes had 4 

goals and an assist along with Abbi Uhl’s 4 goals. 

Boys Lacrosse (WIN) Demarest 0, Pascack valley 8

The boys lacrosse game against Demarest was called early because of the rain, however before that, they were up 8-0 with two goals apiece from Evan Leilli, Charlie Haller, and Ben Torres.

Saturday 4/16

Girls Lacrosse (LOSS) vs. Westwood

The girls lacrosse team suffered a tough loss to Westwood on Saturday at Pascack Valley. Morgan Jones tallied 11 saves and seniors Sarah Urrea and Mary Looes both tallied a goal. Freshmen Courtney Pelisson and Ella Saxon tallied a goal and an assist respectively. The team will travel to Mount St. Dominic on Monday for their next game.

Boys Lacrosse (WIN) Riverdell 4, Pascack Valley 18

Pascack Valley’s boys senior day was a success as they had a dominant win over 0-6 Riverdell. Evan Leilli, Luke Visco, and William Quinn, who are all seniors, all tallied hat tricks, as PVs record moves up to 4-3. Junior goalie Kevin Wirchansky had a shutout outing as he had 6 saves with 0 goals allowed.
