Around the holidays, almost every family has their own traditions. My own family has too many to count, but my favorites have always included food. So, I asked teachers at Pascack Valley High School if they have a favorite holiday recipe.
The recipes collected are a mixture of cultures and stories. These holiday favorites not only taste delicious, but tell the stories of immigrants, family members who’ve passed, and old memories that would otherwise be forgotten.
